As a Bartender…

You will take center stage behind the bar in our fast-paced, busy locations. You will provide our guests with not only exceptional service but with an experience like no other.  You are a key member of the team, providing our guests with an exceptional experience and working with the team to provide warm hospitality to our guests.

You have a passion for business, hospitality, and people. You will work with our head office events and sales team to execute memorable events for our clients. You will be the face of the restaurant in the community, having a strong sense of networking, marketing, and promotion is always an asset.

As the Social Media Expert…

You will manage the social media initiatives for our roster of restaurants, bars, and pubs, implementing strategies, creating content, and growing our followers and engagement, with the ultimate goal of creating new guests. You will foster relationships with guests, influencers, and partners to create a well-rounded digital experience for our current and future guests.

You Should Be Able To...

  • Be able to multi-task, be quick on your feet, adapt to ever-changing circumstances.

  • Create and curate valuable social media content in collaboration with the operations and marketing teams
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to build relationships with relevant influencers
  • Capture compelling photograph and video content
  • Create digital content including photos, gifs and videos
  • Draft written copy, create written content for blogs, posts, captions, and other digital media

·Be familiar with and/or understand all the nuisances of customer service and how to apply this knowledge to social conversations

Applicants, Ideally, Should Have...

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with photo and video editing software (Adobe CC, etc)
  • Strong grasp of the English language and written composition
  • Access to a working iPhone or similar device with access to social media
  • Photography experience (food, lifestyle, venue), plating, composition, and editing
  • An eye for branding, marketing, and visual design
  • Ability to work a reasonable mix of nights, weekends, holidays, and events. Expect to work ‘hospitality hours’ 
  • The ability to be flexible, mobile
  • A reasonable ability to work what is generally considered a physically demanding job.
  • Hospitality industry experience is an asset
